Please be aware that as a healthcare setting there will be no change to our standard operating procedures from July 19th 2021. Face coverings and social distancing measures will remain in place so that the most vulnerable people can continue to safely attend our practice for advice, care and treatment. We hope all our patients will continue to play their part when attending their appointment to help protect our staff and other patients, particularly those who may be more vulnerable to infections.
We request that if you have any form of cold, flu like symptoms, not just the high temperature or cough, or feel at all unwell DO NOT ATTEND your appointment but stay at home and contact us to cancel and rearrange your appointment. Meanwhile for your safety we will be making sure all our staff are not displaying any symptoms either. If you can do a lateral flow test before attending for your appointment this would be appreciated.
Even after 19th July in order to avoid other patients in our waiting room and allow social distancing we ask if you come by car you wait in your car, and we will contact you when your dentist is ready. If you walk, then we ask that you wait outside, please dress appropriately for the weather. However if you do have a problem with these arrangements please discuss with a member of our team so appropriate arrangements can be made.
We ask you all to continue to look after yourselves by following government advice on www.gov.uk
